The process can accurately control the thickness and color of the oxide film, the color uniformity is good, high stability, but the process is relatively complex, the cost is slightly higher than the chemical oxidation coloring method, suitable for decorative stainless steel products with high requirements for the quality of appearance.

PVD color plating method as an advanced color plating technology, in the stainless steel plate color plating status is important. It is in a vacuum environment, through evaporation, sputtering and other means of metal or compound deposition on the surface of stainless steel plate to form a thin film, to achieve the coloring effect. The process can present golden yellow, rose gold, black, gunmetal gray and other rich colors, the formation of a film of high hardness, abrasion resistance, good corrosion resistance, good adhesion, can maintain the appearance of the long-term beautiful. Moreover, PVD color plating process is environmentally friendly and pollution-free, in line with the needs of green manufacturing.
